Everthing we do is about being personal and friendly. That's why we've all selected personal photos of ourselves that we like, rather than starchy 'corporate' headshots. It's being genuinely personal and friendly that sets us apart; if you call our office, there is no press-1 for this, press-2 for that. You instantly get straight through to a real, friendly person, 24 hours a day.

Rapid Accommodation won the British Chambers of Commerce Regional award for the Yorkshire and the Humber region for 2017 in the category High Growth Business of the Year.

Launched electronic ticket system to improve response & booking time to enhance customer service levels

Bebhann joined the team as an accommodation advisor

Continuing the growth we required another accommodation advisor and Brad joined the team. (The first male advisor!)

Rapid Launches bespoke booking system to increase our ability to search for the right accommodation at the right price for our customers.In addition to this allows us to create personal like and dislikes profiles for our travellers.

After a rapid growth in the company Maisy joined the team as an accommodation advisor


We were exceptionally proud to have been nominated and shortlisted for the ABP Business Growth Award at the 2016 North Lincolnshire Business Awards.

As a recognition of their dedication and talents, Ellie and Rachael were internally promoted to Team Leader and Head of Training and Developments respectively.


In 2015, the Rapid Team really started growing fast. We were joined by two new Accommodation Advisors; Leanne and Katy, as well was Laura in Marketing and also Rowan our Senior Manager and Accounts specialist.


The team moved into our first custom-built office, where we still operate from today

Ellie, now our Team Leader, joined the Rapid Team as an Accommodation Advisor


Rachael, Rapid’s first employee joined the company

The Rapid team took over management of the Willow Lakes Leisure Park, and moved the main office to the site.


Directors Linda, Karl and Rebecca began their Rapid journey.

Rapid Accommodation Limited was founded in May 2012.
